Warranty Transfer Policy

Transfer your RiderNav device warranty to a new owner. Find out the required documents, verification process, and how warranty coverage continues after ownership change.

RiderNav warranties are transferable when devices change ownership through gifting or resale. The new owner receives the full remaining warranty coverage from the original purchase.


Required Documentation for Transfer

The new device owner must submit the following information to RiderNav Support:

  • Original purchase order number

  • Original purchaser's full name and email address

  • Screenshot or copy of the original order confirmation email

  • Device serial number (this must match the serial number listed on the original purchase record)


Completing the Transfer

Step 1: New owner contacts RiderNav Support at [email protected] or Submit a ticket with all required documentation.

Step 2: Our support team reviews and authenticates the transfer request.

Step 3: Once verification is successful, warranty ownership is officially transferred to the new device owner.


Important Information

βœ“ Transfer Activation: Warranty transfer becomes effective only after RiderNav completes verification.

βœ“ Coverage Duration: The new owner inherits the complete remaining warranty period from the original purchase date.

βœ“ Terms & Conditions: All original warranty terms, conditions, and coverage details remain unchanged after transfer.
