Both Spotlights and Controller Indicator Are Not Lighting Up

If both Q5 Pro spotlights are not lighting up and the controller indicator light is also off, the system is likely not receiving power. Follow the two checks below to locate the issue.

What to Check

① Check the Power Connection

Confirm that the power plug is fully locked in place, and that the ACC signal line is properly connected with solid contact.

If the power line or ACC line is loose or not making proper contact, the controller will not receive power and the entire system will remain off.

② Check the Button Switch Extension Cable

Check whether both plugs on the button switch extension cable are fully locked in place — one at the controller end, and one at the button switch end.

What to Do

  1. Turn off the ignition and disconnect power.

  2. Inspect the main power plug at the battery — press it firmly into place and confirm both terminals are tight and clean.

  3. Inspect the ACC signal line connection — confirm it is securely connected to your bike's accessory circuit.

  4. Locate both ends of the button switch extension cable and firmly press each plug into its socket until you feel the locking latch engage.

  5. Give each connector a gentle pull to confirm it will not separate.

  6. Restore power and test again.
