On RiderNav Displays, the taskbar position is controlled by the platform itself:
Android Auto: taskbar is typically at the bottom
Apple CarPlay: taskbar is typically on the left
This layout is defined by Apple/Google. At this time, RiderNav does not provide a feature to change the taskbar position on the display.
Understanding the App Areas
1) Taskbar Apps (bottom or left)
The apps shown on the taskbar are the most recently used apps.
When you open an app, it will appear there automatically—you cannot manually pin or set favorites on the RiderNav Display.
2) Main Menu Apps
Apps shown in the main CarPlay/Android Auto app menu can be reordered or hidden, but this must be done on your phone, not on the RiderNav Display.
RiderNav Display only mirrors your phone’s CarPlay/Android Auto interface
App organization and visibility are managed in your phone’s settings
