Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after placement. Delivery timeframes and shipping fees depend on your location and current inventory levels.

Understanding Shipping Costs

Orders exceeding $69 qualify for Free Shipping in eligible regions. However, due to varying logistics expenses across different areas, this offer isn't available everywhere. Check your exact shipping rate during checkout.

International Distribution Center (China)

Our International Fulfillment Center (China) serves customers in all regions not covered by our regional/overseas warehouses. It is also used as a flexible backup option to keep orders moving when inventory is limited in a specific region.

Which Warehouse Handles Your Order?

Your shipment origin is determined by two factors:

  1. Delivery destination

  2. Current product availability

Fulfillment Guidelines

For European, UK & US Deliveries:

  • Available inventory ships directly from your nearest regional center

  • Occasionally, items may ship separately from our International Distribution Center based on stock levels

  • Checkout confirms local fulfillment via shipping method name:

    • DHL DE – European deliveries

    • USPS US / UPS US – US deliveries

    • DPD UK / Evri UK – UK deliveries

For All Other International Deliveries:

Orders ship from our International Distribution Center (China). Available shipping tiers appear at checkout:

  • Economy (Duties Not Included)

  • Standard (Duties/Taxes Included)

  • Priority (DHL/FedEx, Duties Not Included)


Import Duties & Tax Information

Regional Warehouse Shipments (DE/US/UK)

Orders fulfilled from your local distribution center arrive duty-free with no additional VAT or customs charges.

International Distribution Center Shipments

Product pricing excludes import taxes. Recipients are responsible for any duties, VAT, or customs fees assessed by local authorities. Packages sent via DDP will go through customs inspections, which can cause temporary gaps in tracking updates. Once cleared by customs, tracking will resume, and the local carrier will handle final delivery.

Tax-Paid Shipping Options

Select destinations offer duty-inclusive shipping for added convenience. Please note:

  • Transit times are typically longer than standard delivery

  • Availability varies by country—check options at checkout

⚠️ Important: Unclaimed packages returned due to unpaid duties are not eligible for shipping cost refunds. Verify your local customs requirements before ordering.

Holiday and Peak Season Shipping Delays

During holiday periods such as year-end celebrations or Christmas, warehouse closures and shipping provider backlogs may extend processing and transit times. High-volume shopping seasons can also delay deliveries due to increased network demand.

Order Tracking and Delivery Expectations

Upon dispatch of your order, you'll receive a tracking link via email. This allows you to monitor your package in real-time. If your order is held in customs, there might be a temporary pause in tracking updates until the package clears customs.
