Understanding RiderNav Shipping Timeframes

Learn about RiderNav shipping timelines for in-stock and pre-order items, including how mixed orders are processed and how to request separate shipments.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Orders containing products currently available in our warehouse are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days under normal circumstances. Individual product pages will indicate if an item has a different processing timeline.

Once your package leaves our facility, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Pre-Order Products

Items marked as pre-orders follow the estimated shipping schedule listed on their respective product pages.

Mixed Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock Items):

When your cart contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, we typically hold the entire order until all products are available, then ship everything together. This ensures you receive one complete shipment.

Prefer Separate Shipments? If you'd like your in-stock items sent immediately while waiting for pre-order products, simply contact our team at [email protected] to arrange split shipping.
