Order Changes, Address Updates & Package Redirection

RiderNav cannot change shipping addresses or redirect packages after dispatch due to international shipping restrictions.

Need to update your RiderNav order? We’re happy to help, but timing is critical. Whether you need to correct your shipping address, add or remove items, or update other order details, the available options depend on whether your order has already been processed or shipped.

Before Your Order Ships

If you notice an issue after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. The earlier you reach out, the better the chance we have of updating your order before it enters fulfillment or leaves our warehouse.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear explanation of the changes you need

  • Any updated information, such as a corrected shipping address or revised order details

Depending on the order status, we may be able to help with changes such as:

  • Correcting your shipping address

  • Adding or removing items

  • Adjusting other order details before dispatch

After Your Order Ships

Once your package has been dispatched and tracking shows it is in transit, RiderNav can no longer modify the shipment. Due to international shipping restrictions, we are unable to change the shipping address, intercept the parcel, reroute it, return it to sender, or update delivery instructions after it has left our facility.

This means RiderNav cannot:

  • Change the delivery address after dispatch

  • Intercept a package already with the carrier

  • Authorize a return to sender after shipment

  • Modify delivery instructions once shipping has begun

What You Can Do After Dispatch

If your package has already shipped, your best option is to contact the carrier directly. Some couriers, such as DHL, FedEx, or DPD, may allow recipient-requested changes through their tracking portal or customer service team. Depending on the carrier and destination, available options may include:

  • Requesting an address correction

  • Choosing hold-for-pickup service

  • Adjusting delivery preferences through the tracking page

Please note that these services are controlled by the carrier, not by RiderNav, and availability may vary by region and shipment status. This is an inference based on RiderNav’s policy that post-dispatch changes depend on the carrier’s own options.

Important Reminder Before Checkout

To avoid delivery issues, please carefully verify your shipping information during checkout, including:

  • Street address

  • Apartment or unit number

  • Postal code

  • Recipient contact details
