How to Find Your Order Information (and Why It May Not Appear in “My Orders”)

When you place an order on RiderNav.com, you’re required to enter an email address. This email is the key identifier for your order—please make sure it’s correct and able to receive external emails from [email protected].

Where to Check Your Order

1) Check your email inbox (recommended)

  • Right after payment, you should receive an order confirmation email from [email protected] confirming your order was accepted.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive another email with your tracking number.

  • The shipping confirmation email will also include the name of the carrier handling your shipment (e.g., DHL Express, UPS, etc.) and a unique tracking number assigned to your package.

Tip: If you don’t see the emails, check Spam / Junk / Promotions and search for “RiderNav” or “[email protected]”.

To track your order, locate the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email, visit the carrier's official tracking website, and enter the tracking number to view the delivery status. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear on the carrier's website after your order has been dispatched. This delay is normal and does not indicate an issue with your shipment. If you still cannot locate the shipping confirmation email, contact RiderNav customer support for assistance.

2) Check your RiderNav account

After logging in, go to the “My Orders” section.

Why doesn’t the item I purchased today appear in “My Orders”?

In most cases, this happens because you’re logged in with a different email address than the one used at checkout.
Your order will only appear under the same email address you entered when placing the order.

Please log out and sign in again using the exact checkout email.

If You Still Can’t Locate Your Order

You can contact RiderNav Support and we can help locate it for you. Please provide as many of the following details as possible:

  • Order date/time (approx.)

  • Payment amount

  • Full name

  • Shipping address

  • Last 4 digits of the card used (if applicable)

With this information, we can usually find your order quickly and confirm its status.
