What is Seel and What Does It Cover?

When you add Seel Shipping Protection to your RiderNav order, you're getting coverage specifically for shipping-related problems—not product returns or exchanges. Seel operates as an independent shipping insurance provider that processes all claims through their own system.

Covered Incidents & Compensation:

  • Lost Packages – You'll receive a refund equal to your complete order value

  • Damaged Shipments – Refund amount varies based on damage extent, up to your full order total

  • Late Deliveries – $5 USD compensation per affected order


How to Submit Your Claim

Visit Seel's claim resolution portal directly at:
https://resolve.seel.com/

When filing, make sure to choose "Shipping Issue" as your claim type. Seel's team will independently review and handle your submission.

Important Policy Information

Your Seel protection activates the moment your order ships. Once activated, the protection fee is non-refundable—even if your package arrives safely or you decide you no longer want the coverage.
