When Packages Are Returned to Us

Sometimes shipments are sent back to RiderNav due to circumstances that prevent successful delivery. Common scenarios include:

  • Unpaid Customs Fees – Package refused due to outstanding duties or taxes

  • Address Issues – Incomplete or incorrect shipping information causing delivery failure

  • Customer Refusal – Package declined at delivery attempt

Cost Responsibility

When an order is canceled following a package return, customers are accountable for the shipping expenses incurred during the delivery process. This includes:

  • Original outbound shipping charges

  • Return freight costs

RiderNav will subtract these necessary logistics fees from your refund total.

Avoiding Return Issues

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • ✓ Double-check your shipping address before checkout

  • ✓ Understand your country's import duty requirements

  • ✓ Be prepared to pay any applicable customs fees

  • ✓ Provide accurate contact information for carrier notifications
