Address Changes & Package Redirection Policy

RiderNav cannot change shipping addresses or redirect packages after dispatch due to international shipping restrictions. Learn what to verify before checkout and your options if issues arise post-shipment.

Critical Information: Post-Dispatch Limitations

International shipping regulations prevent us from modifying, recalling, or rerouting packages once they've left our warehouse. This means address corrections cannot be made after your order ships.

Before Your Order Ships

Your Responsibility:

  • Carefully verify your delivery address during the checkout process

  • Ensure all details (street number, apartment/unit, postal code, etc.) are accurate

Spotted an Error?
If you notice an incorrect address before we dispatch your order, contact [email protected] immediately. Our team can update your shipping details if the package hasn't left our facility yet.

After Your Order Ships

Once tracking shows your package is in transit, RiderNav no longer has control over the shipment.

Available Options:

  • Contact the carrier handling your delivery directly (DHL, FedEx, DPD, etc.) to request address updates or hold-for-pickup services

  • Some courier services allow recipient-initiated delivery changes through their tracking portals

What RiderNav Cannot Do:

  • Intercept packages already in the carrier's possession

  • Authorize returns to sender after dispatch

  • Modify delivery instructions once shipping has begun
