Need to Cancel? Here's What You Should Know

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your RiderNav order, we're here to help make the process as smooth as possible.


Cancellation Eligibility

Orders can be cancelled only if they haven't shipped yet. Once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation is no longer available, and standard return procedures will apply instead.


How to Request a Cancellation

Act quickly for the best chance of successful cancellation. Contact our support team immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Any relevant order details


Cancellation Fees

Good news: There are no cancellation fees when your order is stopped before shipment. If your package has already been sent out, our standard return and refund terms will govern the process.
