Once your order is handed over to the carrier, we’ll email you the tracking number. In many cases, it’s normal for tracking to show no movement for a short time while the shipment is being processed by the carrier network. Thanks for your patience during this stage.
Why Tracking May Not Update Immediately
A tracking number can be created before the parcel receives its first physical scan. Updates may also pause during:
Customs clearance (routine inspections can temporarily delay scans)
Carrier handovers (one logistics partner transfers to another)
Peak seasons (holidays and high-volume periods)
Typical Tracking Update Timeline (By Shipping Origin/Method)
1) Orders shipped from local warehouses (UK / US / Germany)
Tracking usually becomes visible on DHL/UPS/DPD within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
2) Express shipments from China (DHL / FedEx / UPS)
Because these parcels must go through export processing and customs clearance, the first tracking update typically appears within 2–3 business days.
3) Tax-inclusive small parcels (EU / UK / US duty-paid lines)
For duty-paid / tax-inclusive methods, tracking can appear later than expected, especially early in transit. This is normal because:
The parcel may move through international line-haul partners before it reaches the destination country
Full tracking often becomes active after customs clearance and once it is handed to the local last-mile carrier
In some cases, official carrier sites may show limited updates until the package is inside the destination country.
